Your Account
You can create an account using your email or through Google (via Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HanziFacil is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You may not transfer your account to another person.
User Content
You can create custom flashcard decks within the platform. This content is private and only visible to you. HanziFacil does not claim ownership of the content you create, but we reserve the right to store it on our servers for the operation of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content on HanziFacil, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, games, exercises, and software, is the property of HanziFacil and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Third-Party Services
HanziFacil uses third-party services such as Clerk for authentication and Google for sign-in. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these external providers. We recommend reviewing their terms of use.
Prohibited Use
When using HanziFacil, you agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data; perform automated scraping or mass data extraction; interfere with the normal operation of the platform; or impersonate another person.
Disclaimer of Warranties
HanziFacil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.
